Well done to all those who braved the elements and came to our event on Blackford Hill on a very wet Saturday afternoon.

As well as the three courses above, there were three non-competitive training courses on offer.   Taking part were Simon Herniman (BASOC), Pat Squire and Colin Ledlie (INT), Owain, Tal and John Ramsay, Trina Rogerson, Neil McMillan, Robin and Sheila Strain (ELO) and Kirsten Strain (EUOC), Ian and Kirsten Maxwell (RR), Susanna (from Spain), the Robinson Family, Keith Brown, and from ESOC :-  Crawford, Andrew and Rona Lindsay, Alison Cunningham, Maggie Scrugham, Mike Stewart, Heather Thomson, Euan Mackenzie, David Matthews,  Martin Quirke, Tyler Morison, Ron Nolan and Andrew Dalgleish.  (It was difficult to read some of the soggy cards but I think that’s about it)

Apologies for the misplaced path bend control (Training No.4) and for the confusion caused by the attempt to show an area of burnt gorse. This was meant to help but perhaps it would have been better just to say that there were some areas of gorse that had been burnt.
