Organiser's Comments:

This years Jamie Stevenson Trophy had a record entry of over 150 juniors from 13 different clubs, which bodes well for the future of orienteering in Scotland. The standard was also high with only the top2 adult runners managing to match the pace of the top 4 boys on a tough Green course.

Thanks to everyone who helped on the day and to all of the team managers/coaches who organised their teams made sure everyone was at their start on time. Special thanks to Marsela (Planner), Bill (Controller +) and to Robin and Kirsten for the very efficient SI service.

Congratulations to FVO for a very narrow win over MAROC and to all the prizewinners who were spread over 10 different clubs.

Finally thanks to all the juniors for taking part with such enthusiasm, it was great to see everyone getting cheered up the hill to the final control.
