Runners in the "Jigsaw" course were given a map with their first control marked on it (there were four variations). At each control they found a tiny part of the map showing the next control. There was a 4 minute penalty for each control missed or mis-punched. There was also a Scrabble type game we tried to explain before the start. There was a bonus of 20 seconds for each point in the best word.
Final Instruction (if you couldn't follow them at the time)
"Scrabble" for you to try at your leisure.
